Questions Concerning Accommodation

Every villa has its own wireless Internet connection. It is available around the clock and the Internet runs over a fiber optic connection (high speed internet).
No, our villas are fully equipped with high quality towels and beach towels.
Each villa has a large gas grill in the garden and in addition a smaller electric table-grill.
As you can see on the photos, the pool is right in your garden and you’re the only one who has access to it. There is no way to look into your garden area from the outside. And of course you can use the pool whenever you want.
Your maid will be more than happy to cook Thai specialists for you. You only need to pay for the ingredients, which the maid gets fresh from the market.
Each villa has its own washing machine. The laundry is done by your maid. You can of course also wash by yourself. Fabric softener, detergent, etc. is all available.
A cot (max. user weight 15 kg) is available on- site.
Basically an early check-in is possible, but this always dependents on the availability of the villa and the departure times of the previous guests. Please discuss this at time of booking with our local representative.
Gladly, please take care of the necessary vaccinations.
There is no deposit and we can accept visa and mastercard for final payments on site.

Questions for the Rental of Vehicles

Yes, we do. We have a smaller car (Toyota Yaris) for up to 5 people, a larger minivan (Toyota Innova) for up to 7 people and a pickup (Toyota Hilux) – see the car rental page for more details. Our vehicles are equipped with a navigation system in which we have already stored the most important travel destinations such as shopping centers, restaurants, hospitals, etc. For more information please contact us.
Yes, we also have scooters for rent.
Usually an EU driving license is sufficient, but sometimes the police ask for International driver’s license. Therefore, we recommend to also bringing an International driving license with you.

About the Environment – Activities, Shopping, Beaches, etc.

By car or scooter it takes about 5 minutes to the beautiful beaches of Nai Thon and Nai. The beaches offer a wide selection of small restaurants which are located directly on the beach. The beach of Nai Thon is the most beautiful beach on Phuket.
Smaller shops are accessible by a vehicle in a matter of minutes, to the bigger supermarkets it takes about 15 minutes by car. Baby food or diapers are not a problem. (Shops and many more destinations are already programmed into the navigation system in the car.)
In Phuket there are ATMs on every corner where you can most easily withdraw money with your debit/credit card. Please make sure that your card is unlocked for foreign countries. The best place to change cash are the local banks, you should avoid changing money at the airport because the exchange rates there are usually not the best.
Should it rain a long time, you can, for example, visit the “Phuket Sea Aquarium” or the amusement park “Phuket Fantasea”.

Euro flat plug and Schuko plug can be used without an adapter. The voltage used in Thailand is 220V. Details can be found here – Wikipedia.
That varies. It is 30 days for most nationalities. A detailed overview can be viewed on the side of the Foreign Ministry of Thailand – Thailand’s visa information . (An overview of all nationalities who can travel to Thailand without a visa, click on “Summary of countries and territories Entitled for Visa Exemption and Visa on Arrival”) If you want to stay longer than the specified visa free time, must you apply for a visa at the Thai representative responsible for you.
In addition to the standard vaccination it is also recommended to get Hepatitis A/B. Since these recommendations regularly change and also vary depending on the country, we ask you to get into contact with your Foreign Office.
Please contact your Foreign Office for their recommendation. So far, no case of malaria is known.
