We stayed in this villa for one week. The whole experience was excellent. The communication with the owner was very good and quick. The villa fully lived up to our high expectations and there was thought of every little detail, like for instance mosquito spray, umbrellas for the beach etc. The housekeeper was very nice and cooked good Thai food for us most days, did the laundry and cleaning. She did not say much and kept in the background, which was fine but was very willing to help when asked. The service from the rest of the people around was also excellent and for instance when we needed the drinking water container to be replaced on a Sunday where the housekeeper was not there, we called the contact on the mobile phone they had provided and someone showed up within 10 minutes.

The villa was very nice and exactly as in the pictures. The pool was big and very clean and the children loved it.

The villa is about 30 minutes walk away from the beach in a very quite location with a small local village near by. It was nice being in such a quite location, with local Thai people living in the area.

However if you want beach and restaurants within an easy stroll this might not be the place. We had rented the Toyota Yaris and that was very good, and a car, or scooter, is needed if you want to go to restaurants etc.

A fairly large area of trees had been cleared just on the other side of the fence from the villa, and it seems some construction will eventually take place there. As it was now you could practically not see the cleared area when in the villa or pool and there was no work going on at all in the area, so it did not bother us at all. If and when construction starts there might be a period where the very peacefull atmosphere will be disturbed.

All in all we very much liked this villa and can fully recommend it to anyone that would like to stay in a large luxurious villa, with excellent service and in a very quite location.
